Melissa J. Smith
VR Program Manager
Melissa Smith is the VR Program Manager at LifeChoices, working with trained presenters in local school districts teaching adolescent sexual health classes. Melissa joined our team in March of 2011 after working with Rapha House, a global non-profit safe housing young girls rescued out of human trafficking. Melissa spent the last 3 years serving as their Involvement Program Administrator. She traveled across the nation speaking in schools, camps, college and universities, and churches about human trafficking. Melissa took teams through the streets of Cambodia exposing injustice as well teaching ways that people can fight for freedom in the US.
Melissa graduated from Ozark Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry, concentrating on International Studies in 2009. She is passionate about her family, husband Aaron and dogs Cooper & Bailey, coffee, traveling, justice, and serving her community for the betterment of today’s youth.
